  1. Changes to Terms of Use

It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms for updates, as individual notifications of changes are not provided.

  1. Backlink Service

8.1 Link Placement

Our role is to facilitate the negotiation and placement of links, articles, and banners to enhance SEO. Agreement from all involved parties is necessary for all tasks.

8.2 Compensation for Completed Transactions

Upon the completion of a transaction and receipt of payment, we take responsibility for the requested link. Our actions may include requesting webmasters to reinstate links, seeking refunds, or finding alternative placements.

  1. Permanent Links

We guarantee the stability of permanent links for 30 months after placement. After this period, we are not responsible for any link removals or attribute changes. Once a link is placed and a transaction is finalized, fees become non-refundable.

  1. Changes in Gambling Regulations

We are not held accountable for link removal due to changes in gambling regulations or licenses.

  1. Search Engine Policy

It is important to understand that we do not control search engine policies. Links may be excluded from blogs, websites, directories, or search engines at the discretion of these entities.

  1. Inactivity and Account Blocking

In cases of client inactivity for three months, some services will pause. After six months of inactivity, notifications will be sent, and your account will be temporarily blocked. This action is limited to the suspension of logging and tracking services; it does not involve link removal.

  1. General Terms and Conditions

13.1 Eligibility

To use our platform, clients must be at least 18 years of age. Use of the platform by individuals under 18 is prohibited.

13.2 SEO Results

We do not guarantee specific SEO results, traffic increases, or ranking improvements. The acquisition of links through our platform does not guarantee improved search engine positions.

13.3 Confidentiality

All information, fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports shared by Link.Builders must be kept confidential and should not be shared or used outside the platform.

13.4 Third-Party Usage

If you use the platform on behalf of a third party, you are responsible for adhering to this Agreement on their behalf.

  1. Credit Top-Up Services

14.1 The Company provides credit top-up services to Customers for various products and services offered by the Company.

  1. Eligibility

15.1 Customers must meet the eligibility criteria defined by the Company, which may be subject to change.

  1. Top-Up Process

16.1 Customers can top up their credit balance by following the Company’s specified procedure.

16.2 Customers must provide accurate information during the top-up process, including payment details.

  1. Payments

17.1 Payment for credit top-ups can be made using accepted payment methods.

17.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate, up-to-date, and have sufficient funds.

17.3 The Company retains the discretion to decline a credit top-up if suspicions arise regarding fraudulent activities, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

  1. Charges and Fees

18.1 The Company may charge fees for credit top-up services, with a clear disclosure of such fees during the top-up process.

18.2 If an account remains inactive and retains a balance for a period exceeding 12 months, Link Builders will apply an administrative fee of €20 per month. This fee is assessed to cover the costs associated with maintaining and managing inactive accounts, ensuring their continued integrity and security.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

19.1 Customers may request cancellations and refunds for credit top-ups as per the Company’s refund policy. No refunds will be issued after 6 months of account inactivity.

19.2 The refund will be automatically added to the client’s account as credits upon request. If the client would like to receive this refund through a different method, this will need to be formally requested and approved by the responsible person at the company.

  1. Security

20.1 Customers are responsible for safeguarding their payment and account information. Unauthorized use is not the responsibility of the Company.

  1. Account Management

21.1 Customers can manage their account, view top-up history and balances through the Company’s designated channels.

  1. Termination

22.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend credit top-up services for violations of these Terms or misuse.

  1. Changes to Terms and Services

23.1 The Company may update these Terms and services. Continued use of the credit top-up services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Privacy

24.1 The Company collects, uses, and stores Customer data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the credit top-up services, Customers consent to the collection and use of their data.
